  I stop by American Pawn whenever I get the chance to see what they’ve taken in , and they always have a great selection of tools, rifles, and pistols. The only things I ever shop for. They also do firearms transfers, which is necessary when’re a firearm is purchased online. Everyone there will treat you with professional and courteous care. They have definitely done so for me. If you give them a try, you’ll be happy you did.

  Very rude, I asked the lady a question about pawning something. She was very rude. Didn’t even look at what I wanted to sell told me “we won’t take that” didn’t even ASK me what I was selling. Just automatically told me no. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone. She acted like I was going to bringing in stolen items, thank you for assuming all your customers are thieves. DO NOT go here, all you will get is rude service!

  Really nice folks to deal with! While my primary business with them has been FFL firearms transfers-quite a few, they always treat me with the respect and courtesy as if I was making a major purchase. They are quite a ways out of my way, I will continue to use them because really good, honest service is so hard to come by. I don't know anything about pawning, but I'm sure they offer the same great , professional service as they do with everything else.

  They are crooks. Pawned a 357. Rouger security gun. Made all my payments but when I go to pay it off its in their display cases for retail price. Not only did they charge an extra 100$ to get it out on a gun that was paid for they were attempting to sell as new. The manager only defended their employees as they gave me in correct payment dates. I will never do business with these thieves again.

  Customer did not make their payments, even after we called to let them know their item was defaulting. Customer opted to leave one of their firearms and pick this firearm up. Funny how they were so appreciative at the time. This customer was so far behind in payments it was cheaper to buy the gun back rather than make the pawn payment. There's just no pleasing some folks.

  Best customer service. They will go out of their way to help yiu. Above & Beyond. They have some of the most Beautiful Jewelry I have seen for see also I any Pawn Shop. If I could give more than 5 ✡'' I would. If your going to s Pawn Shop either ti Buy or Sell Check out American Pawn 1 st .right by Wal-Mart on New 41. A+ on Overall Customer Service, Courtesy & most important they really care about you as a Valued Customer will definitely go oiy of their way to make you feel Satisfied when you walk out the door A+++

  She told me she would give me 250 for my bow, then lowered it to 200. Then she asked me to go home and grab the bowstring first and come right back. Then when I got back she changed her mind for absolutely no reason other than being unsure of doing what she said she would do, after having me drive a round trip of about an hour. I hope your customers don't do the same to you in terms of payment agreements. I prefer the places that make up their mind on the spot and don't waste your time.

  Every time I go into this shop I feel likeEvery time I go into this shop I feel like I am bothering them. They have so little inventory I found nothing but empty shelves. Go to another place please do so

  Best pawn shop in Lee County. The staff are respectful and nice to customers unlike their large chain of competitors. The prices are always fair and they never try to rip you off.

  Great pawn shop with wonderfully nice employees. Fair prices on most things. And if their prices are too high and you can prove it they'll typically give you a break.

  I have been here many times. These people are so honest and nice. If people are leaving reviews saying other wise something is wrong. Because they will work with you. And do all they can to help you.
