  I am embarrassed if anybody asked me if I deal with this Lending institution... It doesn’t matter if you’re sick or a death in the family or any kind of tragedy they don’t care. So if you’re 30 days late or longer they will contact the Credit Bureau and they also increase your Interest-rate on your loan and they won’t change that back. They’re going to get every penny they can out of you

  The Fontana branch is a disaster, Jennifer & Ariel are very unprofessional, incompetent and rude. I was going through a loan application and Jennifer made no effort to contact me or follow through with the application because I had a prior conversation with her about changing my due date and turning off autopay on my current loan. Is it your money? Why are you so concerned about when and how I want to make my payment when I always pay on time? I explained this to Ariel and she was also very rude. Do not do business with the Fontana branch. It is HORRIBLE.

  They are very friendly, "But" you will pay the highest interest rate you could ever imagine 😨 my dear Lord, be very aware, the majority of your monthly payment will go into the interest rate, & very little will go towards your principle, I do not recommend you get a loan from here, I truly regret it 😥

  Worst experience ever!!!!! If you make payments on time they get you with super high interest rates. Which only brings down your balance down by a few dollars. I had a monthly payment of $270 and only 80 would actually go to the ballance and $190 in interest. Don't get a loan from here. I paid it off in full to get out of this nightmare.
