  I have zero debt. Don't even own a credit card. But these fkrs keep sending me snail mail lately. No idea where they get my info. But I called corporate and she said they had successfully removed me from their mailing list. We shall see.

  I actually learned about it from a TikTok video about quick personal loans. I clicked the link and ended-up applying and getting my loan from OMF, within less than a week! I was able to pay off my credit cards! This loan was so helpful and the people at OMF were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them because they treated me like a person. This loan will be paid back early and I couldn't be happier!

  I would give the 9 stars if I could. They are a horrible company to work with. I got a loan with them then covid 19 hit they have been extremely unprofessional no follow through when they say they are going to help. I talked with one person that was very helpful other then that everyone else has been very rude and more or less tells you there is nothing they can do but call every day to harass you for payments even though you have explained the situation to them but they don't care and aren't willing to help. I would never get another loan from them ever.

  Ivonne at One Main Financial was amazing & my collective experience ! It went so smoothly & easily ! I started out online with the application & finished with the branch in Taylorsville remotely over the phone. Ivonne, Fred, and Everyone was so nice to work with. Thank you. The whole process - start to finish - only took 1 hour !! Thanks for ALL your efforts & we got our LOAN quickly! It couldn't have gone better!!!

  The service for the loan itself was good. However i had an old account and trying get support for that is a joke i still have not received any help to be able to login to my online account as their verification process is broken. UPDATE: Thank you for the response but that got me nothing I sent that in 4 days ago with not even so much as a email back letting me know the email was received and being actively assigned or resolved. Customer service is poor in my opinion

  I applied for a $1700.00 loan and was approved. When I went in to sign the documents, I was told I could get up to $6,000. I declined because I didn't need it at that time. A couple of months went by and as I was reviewing my finances, I discovered I could save about $60.00 a month if I took the $6,000 and paid off all other debts. So I applied, talked with the branch manager who said she had to send it to get approved. It was then declined. I have actually received a raise at work since my initial loan, nothing major happened with my finances, but was declined. Why tell someone they are approved then decline them?

  They asked for collateral and couldn't make the numbers work despite having ample income. Do not believe any "Approvals" that they give you. You aren't approved until you get a check in your hand and even then their interest rate borders on predatory. (37%)

  I have nothing but good to say about the people here. They have been so helpful with my family and I. They've responded very quickly when I have questions or any concerns about my loan. Great customer service!

  The loan process was easy to sign up for and the staff was nice. However, I’ve been trying to get in contact with this location for a month (during their open hours) and it goes straight to voicemail, and no one returns my call. It’s a little unprofessional.
