  I started working on a loan with Sydney. She has very little patients for her clients. She was very short with me when I was trying to ask questions and to get clarification. She would interrupt me while I was trying to explain my situation and the reason I was needing the loan. She would cut of my questions to repeat what she had just said not allowing me to move on to my next question. She told me she would call me back in 30 minutes and then did not call me. When I called her back the next day her response was I am very busy. I understand things are very busy for all companies right now and everyone is shorthanded, however, that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude to clients. During my second call with Sydney she put me on hold while I was finishing up my questions to transfer me to Jennifer. I could tell Sydney really did not care to help me at all. I am giving OneMain 2 stars because of the help Jennifer offered to me. She took the time to listen to my questions fully and understand my situation. She offered some advice for the next steps. I would not recommend working with Sydney if you are new to loans or need any help applying for a loan.

  When i got my consolidation loan the guy told me that he could pay off my car loan of 1500 so i could be done with it. He neglected to mention that he was turning my entire consolidation loan into a title loan more than quadrupling the amount of money i needed to pay off to get the title free on the car. So i was forced to hold onto the vehicle years longer than i wanted. And when i realized what had happened, they told me the amount of the loan was higher than they can give without a vehicle attatched to it so i was screwed. Also. When i call and ask for a pay off amount on this loan the amount always goes up. Every other loan ive ever had and paid off early the pay off was always lower than the balance.

  Dependent on the type of loan, decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, and expenses.   It was easy to know what exactly everything was and how it works and very good personal woman who took care of everything. At first thought it was a mean treatment until found out that it's just to protect myself and I have new gutters and repairs thank you

  I saw a truck I wanted and decided to call One Main to see if they could assist me with getting it. My rep was Lacrecia. And she was the best! The truck I wanted turned out to be a piece of junk so I changed my mind and found another one. She had to redo everything!!! But although it was a lot, she never acted irritated or frustrated. She smiled from start to finish! Actually the entire staff at the Overland location are good people. Very professional and friendly. Thanks so much Lacrecia for making this experience a good one.

  Horrible Place to come you wait even if you have an appointment for over an hour an the workers are rude. The loan process was unnecessarily long when we already had done all the leg work. And the interest you pay is ridiculous. Take a loan out at your own risk you been told

  DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!! Unbelievable,... I borrowed $1500 and in 2 months I was told my payoff was $2100. that the interest for the hole loan is added on~!?! are you kidding me! I can't believe Missouri allows this to go on!

  I went to 2000 for a lawn care company then I barrow another 2000 to get a trailer for my business next thing I know I'm paying 36 APR with 6000 worth of interest for 60 months they are very rude on the phone you try to talk to someone
