  We just bought a vehicle and they have emailed us over 20 times before we even got home to remind us to submit proof of income and color IDs. And still calling us at 9pm to get my husbands most recent pay stub. Not sure what type of clientele they are used to dealing with but we both have excellent scores, full time 40+ hr jobs making well over enough to buy a new car, and they treated us like we asking to purchase a rolls royce on a minimum wage salary. We have purchased vehicles in the past and never been hasseled like this. I had a dealer let me drive a brand new Escalade off the lot for the weekend to make sure I liked it, and OneMain acts like they are doing me a favor because we paid down, signed the paper work and drove it phone. They actually sounded suprised that the dealer let us leave the lot without giving them a DNA sample and including them in our will. Calling me at 9pm on a Saturday night to send a pay stub. I politely, or not, told them don’t ever call me again unless I’m late on s payment.

  They tell you you're approved and everything is done and then all of a sudden you're denied! Makes absolutely no sense!

  Not too much to say, but applied for a loan, didn't have wait long, a few questions and proper paperwork and you had an answer in a matter of hours, people were courteous and took time with me and helped me out, i'd tell anyone in need to check them out
