  Top shelf customer care. Our loan officer (Ashley) super smart. Gr8 experience start to finish😃 The public is pretty tough on this type of business.....not here,I will be recommending them!😃😊

  From the onset to closure my representative Ashley led mt thru all aspects of the loan procedure. After all the papaerwork was done, I made an appointment that same day to close. Again Ashley, explained in detail all that was required and in less than an hour I was on my way home with everything done. My first time with OneMain and my experience was A+

  The staff are great really helpful in getting you the loan the whole process is pretty easy. unfortunately the only bad thing I have to say for those of us who got themselves overextended they didn't try hard to help as a matter of fact the manager Chris made a very rude and disrespectful comment on the phone I think he needs to go back for some retraining other than that it's a great place

  The Staff at the Kingman Location is awesome. Cory , was great. I was not sure it was going to go through, but she was right on top of it. Helpful, courtesy. supportive, informative also. THANK YOU Cory!!

  IF you need anything done with your account on a Saturday. Go somewhere else. The whole thing shuts down on the weekends except their fees.

  Was easier then i expected to get a loan and everyone i spoke to was friendly and helpfull. Also the website is easy to access and easy to pay on.
