  I wish to recommend any individual wanting to borrow money to do it at one main financial assistance. Their interest rate is as minimum to your convenience. They're very much flexible and customer service is great. This financial institution is reliable.

  Have had nothing but a good experience with this company. There have been days when calling, the gal answering the phone was not necessarily rude, but maybe she just was having a challenging day, as do we all at times. It is not my place to judge anyone! I appreciate all the staff & all the people & challenges they deal with on a daily I commend them for remaining as professional & compassionate as possible! Thanks so much for your services! 😊

  What great customer service I received at OneMain Financial. The people there at the office went over and above to make sure I received my loan before I went on vacation. I was extremely surprised and hadn't planned on receiving it that fast. They made you feel welcome and respected the minute you walked in the door. I am so grateful that I found them. What a blessing it all worked out. Thank you again for everything you did to make my trip and some of the hardships a lot easier to handle.

  I was disappointed in the amount they were able to help me with. When I went online to get my pre-approval amount was way higher than the amount they loaned me which was disappointing considering I have had a loan with them before and I paid it off completely within about 3 months so I was kind of surprised that wasn't taken into consideration. Then, I received this loan on a Friday and they took the first payment out the following Monday in error. I am trying to get a refund but still waiting. I will say the first experience I had with them was fine. Being a previous customer I expected a little more this time I guess.

  Very high interest in loans. They won’t tell you your loan amount will double. Received a small loan and paid over 2,000 on it within a year and called to check balance, balance hadn’t even gone down by 1,000. Would absolutely not recommend.

  I loved the way Joe at OneMain took care of my problem. He and other staff work with me very patiently before I did the debt consolidation loan. After that long was taken out I still have a good feeling about one main and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Thank you one main

  IfI could give them a zero i would by far the WORST customer service i have had in a very long time! I will NEVER use this company. * To the person who replied to my comment... That was a waist of time.

  The people who answer the phones are a bit rude. Not very responsive on the phone with callbacks or emails acknowledging receipt of documentation. And apparently you can't have any other financial obligations elsewhere (like monthly bills) or they won't approve you for a loan. Not impressed.

  they did a very good job and here very polite to my needs. i would recommend them to everyone that needs cash.
