  I usually do my banking online but I needed some cash for a trip. Eric greated me with a smile and helped me get what I needed and even asked about my trip. I don't see that kind of personal interaction like I you use to and it was nice.

  I asked Josh to get some things ready that i needed and Josh refused to. He kept telling me that I can just go to the drive through and they will get it ready when I show up. I asked him if he can get it ready before hand and I can just get it when I show up at the drive through and he would not. I even offers a time I can come and pick it up and he just kept saying to go through the drive through and they will get it ready.

  I am almost willing to switch banks. This specific bank located in Windsor heights is awful! This woman named Brenda should be fired! So rude, disrespectful and very inappropriate! Highly unprofessional and I don’t recommend anyone to have her as a teller or a banker!

  I went in for my first time to a bankers trust with a check issued from Bankers Trust. They wouldn't honor it. I will not be going back to bankers trust again.
