  The manager at the Auburn NY office, Tiffany is the BOMB!! 🤗 She was very nice, sweet and very professional! She took the time to help me go over all my wants and needs for a loan to get me in a great vehicle. I am a very very happy and satisfied customer today! So if your looking for a loan etc with great customer service.....stop in and talk to Tiffany! Thank you OneMain and keep up the great work!

  Not friendly like the old Ithaca branch, pretty difficult to find a friendly person to talk to to explain why they make a decision and then send you an email saying something different. Not contesting any decision they make, but to not be able to talk to someone friendly who is willing to explain things, instead you get that what do you want me to do, i don't care attitude. It's unfortunate. Will recommend against them when family and friends may need assistance. Don't seem very personable.

  Have a loan with one main the old manager was very helpful. Last week refinanced my loan through there . Payments were scheduled for Friday's. Magically the came out 4 days early. And were taken for my old loan after it was closed . When I spoke to the new manager Tiffany about my concerns she was dismissive and talked down to me even though I have never been late and payments are on automatic payment which they prefer you to do. Happy with one main overall I'd just drive farther to another branch over padding her pocketbook.

  My loan officer was Rebecca and she was fantastic. I had my money within 1 day of my loan closing. I was able to do it remotely and didn't even have to leave my job!! A++

  I'm leaving this a 3 stars.. the first time I had a great visit, the lady that I worked with was amazing, the manager was great! This time however.. I was not so thrilled. To start the store manager is a rude! When I scheduled my appt I asked the girl on the phone if because j got married I needed to bring anything special with me to change my last name.. she said no just my ID and Social.. okay cool. When I get into the office, I take a seat and the manager comes over, asks me for all this stuff. I tell her I already hold an account with them and this is what I was told to bring. I then explain that my last name is going to be different because I got married.. she rolls her eyes and rudlely tells me that I should have brought my marriage licence. I told her that I asked when I made the appt and was told I didn't need it.. her response to me "she's new, she wouldn't have known".. okay well if she is knew don't you think that is very important information that she should know? Anyways.. I literally felt like I was taking up their time. The manager was sitting at her desk barking orders at the two other employees there. When I went in to sign my loan, the girl talked so fast, didn't explain anything.. when I was done.. I was handed a folder and walked to the door. No thank you, no have a nice day.. nothing. I miss the old employees!! Next time I will go to oswego!

  Attempted to call the office several times throughout the day DURING business hours. No one is there to talk to. Answering machine picked up every-time. Left a message to call me back and still no response. This business is very unprofessional. Their customers are obviously not important enough to them unless its time to pay them.

  First off let me say I would NEVER recommend anyone go to or even think about going to this company or even wasting there time filling out an application. DO NOT consider this company EVEN if you get a “pre-qualified” notice! Their “pre-qualified” letters are fallacious and misguided, they will send you a notice saying you are “pre-qualified” UPON FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION and VERIFYING INCOME, etc. but DO NOT DO THIS because nothing is guaranteed! One Main Financial is of the lowest companies to get a loan with with outrageous interests and monthly payments. If you are looking to get a loan I would highly suggest either with your own bank or outsourcing to a more reputable lending company (Wells Fargo, Lending Tree, etc.)!

  by far the worst customer service i’ve experience i’ve ever come in contact with. you must have to be a total douchebag to work at this branch and the manager is a c u next tuesday :)

  well lets start I would never refer anyone to this place!! I was yanked around for weeks then I show up after an hr drive and the manager was rude as hell and says sorry we cant help you. what a joke!!!

  This is my second loan with One Main. The staff are the best, very caring. Ive shared with others how great One Main is.
