  They did help when I needed it, first lady was rude and has no business in customer services. Second tried hard to make up for it so I would say I was content in the end. Interest rates are pretty high but I was able to get the money for a large vehicle repair bill.

  They are not really hard to deal with. I bump them down to 4 star bc the payment reminders through phone call is very annoying (never been late on one either) the website is not easy to deal either. Interest rates are ok for the kinda credit I have. Just above average.

  Terrible. Sent over information they needed to get a loan approved, waited over an hour for a return call from them. After having to call them back they claimed they couldn't approve it. I got an email saying I was "conditionally approved" for $4000 the day before, but suddenly I don't qualify? Don't waste your time with this company.

  I have worked with OneMain in three different states at different times. They have always been very helpful, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. For short term emergency financial needs, I would recommend OneMain every time.

  This place has a girl named "Patricia" who is obviously UNEDUCATED and doesn't give all information to customers. Because she was "JUST TOLD"...Me and my fiancé DO NOT live together and tried to get approved for a "wedding expenses loan", (which is offered on the website) she asked me this information prior to running my fiancé's credit, and came back saying we didn't get approved because we DO NOT LIVE TOGETHER!!! Why would u run his credit knowing it wouldn't even go through...for reasons already given!!!!??!! I confronted her about that and her answer was "I was JUST TOLD" do not go through these uneducated people!!! I have to live with my fiancé to get a wedding paid for?!
