  I also find it very frustrating that it's impossible to reach the actual branch. The Bank of America website recommended I call the location to determine if there was a notary public available and to set up an appointment. Since it is impossible to reach the branch, it's impossible to set an appointment, meaning that the notary public services touted on the website are nothing but smoke and mirrors.

  Most awful service I have ever experienced in my life with the rudest people. Who will change "policy" at the drop of a hat. There's been an issue with a debit card getting to us and they're completely unwilling to help. They will tell you that you're next then claI'm someone was out smoking and put them in front of you. Avoid this place at all costs!! If zero stars were possible I'd give it that.

  Very nice place, was there this morning on very important business I needed help with an was helped right away an was waited on right away, I had to wait for confirmation on a Fax and was watching and listening and they are on point with their jobs.. Not sure why PEOPLE are giving this place such bad ratings.. very nice an Friendly

  Worst bank ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I've never had a bank NOT want to deposit money into my account. Everything is way more difficult than it ought to be at this bank. Go to a credit union! I know that's where I'm going back to.

  This bank is managed by children? The most inept,unskillfull,amateurs they have one teller bless her heart for the front and drive thru. The other employees just stare into the air daydreaming of a better job.

  I went to go make a bank account everyone was so nice. They all answer any questions o had and walked me through the process of making an account it was supper easy and fast.

  Nobody answers the phone. It just rings and rings then goes to a automated message saying to go online and schedule an appointment to come in.

  Very understaffed. Needs to open more than one drive thru on a Friday afternoon. There are literally 7 cars behind us waiting. Inside line is even worse out the door. Come on BOA, get it together.
