  I love coming to the jacksboro office and Mr Johnny always attends me he always helps me find cheaper rates and if I have any issues he is there to help me quick. I appreciate his great customer service I will most definitely recommend all my friends amax and go to him for quotes.

  I was sooo thankful to Johnny and Tina at A-Max in the Lake Worth Office!!! They had the best Customer Service and were so kind and compassionate to my needs!!! I recommend this Insurance Office to everyone!!! They are a God send!!!

  I really wish they would answer their phones. I've had to pay late multiple times because they dont answer calls or return voicemails. Their hours currently say open, but I have called 4 times in an hour with no response again today. They are cheap, but I guess their employees are too.

  I would like to thank Tina for not only doing her job, but going out of her way to HELP me. I had to get a new car, added it and paid the new fees ect..and then had issuse with the new one. My car dealer got me into something else and i SHOULDV paid to had the new one added but she realized these things were not my fault and waived the fees!! Thank you so much!

  My husband and I have been customers for about two years now and these new girls in this office are so sweet Mr Johnny always finds us good deals when it comes to our policy's I would recommend people to come here with him so he can find you some good deals!!!

  The girls that work here seem rude when you walk in they’re taking personal calls and on their phone, I’m never greeted when I walk in, as well as others. Bad customer service.
