  I Spoke to someone name Jessica on the phone. The call instantly felt seedy. I had high expectations after receiving an offer letter in the mail. After I declined a secured loan. She told me I could go with some where else or a bank or something, they don't compete. Single handedly the worst Customer service experience I have ever had.

  ADDENDUM TO THE REVIEW PREVIOUS REPORTED :THE CHECK THE MANAGER HAD GIVEN TO ME IN THE SWITCH AND BAIT TACTIC WAS $3500. THE RESULT: I NOW OWE >$7,000 ON A LOAN THAT WAS ORIGINALLY $1300. I STILL OWE $9,000 ON THE SAME HIGHER LOAN. THAT IS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE TORN UP THE CHECK. BEWARE! I AM WARNING YOU FUTURE CUSTOMERS! READ CAREFULLY YOUR INSURANCE COST, APR% AND LIEN RIGHTS THEY HAVE ON YOUR PROPERTY WHICH ARE VERY STRICT & HIDDEN. DO NOT LET THEM RUSH YOU! THERE IS A REASON FOR THIS! LENDING DONE HUMANLY FOR GREED IN THE END. IT WOULD BE A GOOD THING IF THE VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH LIST THE COMPANY ON THE ILLEGAL OUTLAW LIST.
