  If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely lied to about the total amount of the loan I was pulling out. Questioned here on the phone and she told me it wasn't going to be that amount. Today, my balance is twice what it is supposed to be. My loan is an extra 1300 over what it should've been, all they do is scam you into extra add-ons knowing you need this right away. Don't waste your time here

  I heard of this place from Credit Karma ( the app people always talk bad about… but is actually amazing! ) I didn’t even know what I was getting myself into. All I wanted was a loan & I walked out with that PLUS lower monthly payments on my car!! They refinanced my car & gave me money on top of that I couldn’t even believe what Mario was telling me lol. I went in & the process was super easy & he explained everything amazingly I’m super excited about this move & even tho my loan added more years it’s more manageable than what I was paying for my car. Thanks Mario!

  Genesis (hope I spelled her name right) was so sweet and helpful. If you need a loan call and ask for her, she will take great care of you! She helped me with getting a loan, she was very professional and made the experience quick and easy!

  Thanks to Maxy and his great agents Aaron, Gina, and Kayla for their quickness with refinancing my loan much lower rate and many options to choose from .😀 🏃‍♂️🚘 Funny thing I saw this as a suggestion on Credit Karma say they can give me a better rate. Then Alex at BOA suggests the same place! Wow

  Spoke to an agent last night. Told me everything is ready. Appointment at 5. Work at Clearwater, got off work early to beat traffic. Finally got to the onemain in waters Tampa only to get rescheduled for another appointment because they cant reach my HR. Bad customer service. Never coming back. So worth not getting a loan with them!

  I stepped in there with no knowledge at all about how to get a loan, the process was easy and well explained. The person that went over everything was very professional and courteous. Her name is Genesis Medina. Thank you Genesis.

  If I could give these people ZERO stars I would. They LIE to you. They bait you and tell you your approved. Then run you around sending them all kinds of documents, then refuse you for a measly 3k. In the meantime you get a hard inquiry against your credit rating and have wasted hours of your time. And to top it off they don't even care! BEWARE these people. They are Sharks! Circling the population of the US waiting for that one fish they can eat. Don't end up being Chum. Go else where.

  Took loan application over the phone credit score of 604 which is it the best but not bad and 16000in the bank verifiable and they wouldn't even give me a $6,000 loan what are they even open for

  Extremely professional courteous and prompt service. Staff is very available to review all aspects of the loan as well.
