  The agent was very friendly. She was helpful and informative. The the money was there as soon as we were finished with the paperwork. And all in all it was a good experience. I would recommend OneMain financial.

  Love the loan team at One Main Financial! Isabel is great to us! It is so heart warming to know there is still a loan company that makes you feel rewarded for being a good costumer! We have had such great dealings with One Main and even tho the interest rate is not so perfect , just knowing someone does what they say they will do and having faith in a Truely loyal customer out weighs that issue. I love One Main And so appreciate your help, at times when I need it the,most!! Thank you all for treating customers like we matter.

  One Main Financial was good to work with and easy application. However, the Pendleton branch does not communicate at all. They are extremely short staffed and the application process took several days. Had I known that it was going to take that long I would have went elsewhere however, they had already ran my credit score.

  Been a customer of theirs since before they were OneMain and I usually don't have a problem with them but with my last interaction it was a nightmare. I dealt with one of the associates that I had yet to deal with and she was NOT helpful. I had an issue with my SSN and needed to have a mark taken off of it that was affecting my credit. They told me to call the credit company, but this associate didn't give me a molecule of help. Not a phone number or anything. After 2 weeks of being on an off the phone with various people and machines I finally got some answers but it didn't matter to this associate to the point she got very upset with me because I asked for some direction due to being frustrated. Ended up taking 5 weeks to consolidate my loans when it would have taken maybe a week if I would have been given ANY information. If she were the only associate I dealt with I would have given it 1 star but the other two associates I've worked with in the past is the only redeeming quality of OneMain Pendleton branch.

  My husband and I are very happy with onemain financial. Kim was very efficient and explained details very thorough. We told her what we wanted and she worked with us on what we needed to do to borrow what we wanted. After showing her what was required of us to get the loan, we were accepted for the loan and we received the money in 24hrs. from applying. She was very kind and considerate of our needs. I would recommend onemain financial to anyone who has an income who needs money. Hats off to you Kim Perez!!

  This lending company is an absolute scam. Don't dare pay double payments or try to get ahead and do the right thing by overpaying, etc. I've had the worst experience with this company, really ever, they have so many loophole policies that obviously are far from the forefront when you sign your papers.

  The customer service is great. The gals at this branch are the sweetest. They make you feel comfortable and they work quickly to get you on your way. I highly recommend them for your personal loan needs.
