  It was fast and easy process. Melissa went over everything in detail and answered all my question. All paperwork was done on computer and I received hard copies for my records.

  They do not return emails or phone calls. Be warned, if you use your car title as collateral for a loan, they will NOT give it back to you under any circumstances. My car needed thousands of dollars of repairs to pass inspection and I wanted to trade it in for a better car. They would not give me the title back to do a trade in, so I purchased another car and my old car is sitting in my driveway not being used and I can't sell it without the title. They told me when I signed up for the loan that if I needed the title back for any reason, they would work with me, however, I have been trying to "work with them" for months to come to a resolution and they don't return emails or phone calls. When I finally get someone on the phone, they tell me they will check what they can do and then never call back.

  I have been on time with my loan every time this pandemic hits and we go on lock down. They have called me every week inquiring about a payment knowing that many have lost their jobs and unemployment has been a joke for many. They had no compassion and nothing available for their customers Who at no fault of their own are dealing with the same pandemic they are in. They went ahead and reported to the credit bureau and messed up my credit. I’m so annoyed! Never again will I return to this company zero compassion and nothing in place to help customers.

  It was a fast and easy transaction. I applied for an unsecured loan online, was accepted right away. The branch contacted me to set up an appointment the next day. Wuth e everything going on with the Covid-19 virus, they definitely followed through with the social distancing. I felt very comfortable while at the branch. Quick and painless! Couldn't have asked for anything better.

  The team at the Lancaster branch is amazing. You can truly tell that they care about you. I have never had a bad experience with them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you One Main of Lanacaster on Centerville.

  The employees at OneMain were amazing! They answered all of my questions and were able to help me get the loan I needed quickly. I highly recommend OneMain to anyone needing a loan.

  In and out!!!! If you can’t afford this type of loan? Don’t get it..... You have to have a mind for money and not wasting it on things you don’t need!!!! It’s a LOAN!!!! Not PARTY money?! FYI credit score continues to go up paying on time. Damned if you do damned if you don’t. It is what it is.......

  I had the experience of working with the branch in Willow Street in the past. I have had only great experiences with the staff at Foxshire Plaza after the transition.
