  Everyone was super nice. My car was ready when I needed it. And I transferred to this dealership because they are closer to my home. I didn’t realize that I still had a free oil change from the manufacturer which they honored! They are honest too!! Thank you!

  I can not say enough about this place specifically Jeremy Sylvester who we dealt with. We went from an absolute nightmare experience at another dealership to one of the easiest/enjoyable ones here. Start to finish Jeremy was awesome and far exceeded any expectation we had. I am huge on customer service and this guy is top notch! 100% will be keeping my family business here and highly recommend you ask for Jeremy

  Kutztown service gave me their typical service, on time, quick but thorough, and for agreed upon price. Had the oil changed in 2003 GMC, and they also inspected the shocks for no charge. Both John and Josh are knowledgeable about the product and how your shop can work me into their schedule. Brian from the shop floor always communicates to me what they have been able to do and what they have found. All done very professionally. Very pleasant experience.

  We had a great sales experience at Kutztown Auto!! Our salesman Marc Konchinsky was knowledgeable and answered all our questions without making us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. They found the excact vehicle we were looking for and gave us a no haggle price upfront!! I'll definitely visit again when its time or another car or truck! AAA+++

  After many negative experiences with other dealerships, it was refreshing to have such a great experience at Kutztown Auto! I didn't have a lot of time to devote to finding a better car for my children, nor did I have hours to spend at a dealership either! Rob at Kutztown Auto, made sure my car buying experience was seamless and quick! He respected my time, listened to what I wanted & helped me get my payments to where it made sense for me financially.
