  After being a valued customer with 3 previous loans and made every payment on time and paid in full. They contacted me about a loan offer and then declined me for a low credit score according to them. Would never recommend them to anyone ever again. So much for being a valued customer.

  I have been dealing with this business for a couple of years. The interest rate they charge is 29.0009 percent so I was relieved that I was finally able to reduce the balance to close to zero only to be contacted in less than one week by Sherry to inquire if she could "help" me back into an increased balance by loaning more money to me. NO THANKS SHERRY! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

  Process was very smooth, took only couple days from inquiry to being approved and paperwork being done. Lisi was fabulous to work with. Everything was spelled out and it was as easy as possible.

  I have always received superb customer service from this One Main branch!!! Loan details are plainly explained so no problem understanding what is happening.
