  Just wow, so if you are a new entrepreneur and have started a new job under self employed this year (aka this new "job" isn't on last years tax return) they simply will not work with you even with the ability to show bank statements and actual income PDF information... Yep One Main Financial does not want to help out people who want the American dream and work for themselves, checked with them because they were more prominent and even local as I had another offer that was just high on the APR and they accepted the same information and were willing to work with me... simply pathetic, when it comes time for a new car loan or a new house loan I will send people elsewhere.

  I applied online because Credit Karma said I had outstanding approval odds. Then from their website, it also stated that I was pre-approved for $6000. I sent in all my info as requested and they did a hard credit pull, just to tell me I was denied. Wow!!!! So frustrating. It took Megan 3 days to tell me this. I'm more than upset because they gave me false hope; Their company and Credit Karma. I never wanted to use my car because I knew that would be a no go... I only wanted a personal loan. Why is it so difficult when you try your best to do right! I've been paying all of my bills on time. What's the problem?? I'm sick of this company... they denied me before for the same thing! I'm never going to apply again, they are a joke! Don’t waste your time with this company

  So I applied online said someone would contact me. I guess they were trying to use my car as Collateral. Idk why but when I spoke to the girl I told her I still Make payments. She ignored me and keep ask questions and at the end she says, well looks like you’re still Financing your car we can’t do anything for you and then just hangs up. What kind of service is that? Don’t waste your time with this company.

  Lied about the progress did everything they ask bring the title and the car than it’s always something extra makes me glad I didn’t do it!

  I will never do business at this branch again. I have been with them for the past 6 six years and have two accounts with them. I authorized a payment for them over the phone for $312 and they end up charging me $640 . When i called the branch they said I need to come to the branch with my bank statement. I told them that i am out of town and i need the money back immediately. Branch manger Ryan and the district manger kept giving me different phone #s to call and i told them that i don't have time because i was attending a training class all week. Please do not give them your account #s or debit card #s . This is not the first time they have done this,

  I believe this was the best customer service I have ever received. This was my second visit to your Fort Worth office and Erin was a jewel, along with all the employee's there. It was hot and I was running late leaving work to meet her for our appointment and was greeted with a refreshing bottle of water. I wasn't rushed, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she actually got my interest and payments lowered. They gave me helpful hints, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Erin and all the employee's from One Main Financial.

  If you do decide to do business with this company, do not have any major life changes. For example, I updated the company on Friday that I was waiting on a check and the payment would be made as it arrived; was expecting check on Friday. This conversation was on a Friday afternoon and my account would be noted. On Saturday morning at 08:40 am, I get a call asking when I was going to make a payment. I explained the mail hasn’t arrived since we last spoke. I felt harassed. Yes even the devil is friendly and customer service oriented when offering an unsigned contract. Once you sign and accept money from this company, DO NOT be later or have life issues, as you will see its true color of greed. Even if you do tell the folks at this company what’s going on in your life; it won’t matter a single bit as the only true interest in this company is money and extremely high interest rates!!! You’ll be called multiple times a day regardless of anything you’ve told them. 👎

  Applied for a loan and they said I'm negative, in accordance with their system. I crunched my own numbers and I came out in the black monthly. Don't do business with this company unless your absolutely perfect in every aspect of your life!

  I have had wonderful customer service here! Karla was just awesome! She went over everything! Reminded me of some insurance info that I had totally forgot that I had! Love doing business in this office!!
