  We had the wonderful pleasure of working with Tracey Groins. Tracey was so patient, informative, and had wonderful communication. As a first time home buyer’s she made me feel at ease. She answered any and all my questions regardless of how many times I may have asked. When we were having issues communicating with our title company she was our advocate reaching out to make sure we were getting the information. She made this process that seemed scary so seem less and smooth. I am grateful to have had her as my Loan Officer during this process.

  Mike was extremely responsive to our needs, questions and with good direction. He and is staff made sure that ALL things were in OUR best interest. We had questions about changing our direction on the refinance at the last minute Mike was on the phone with us on a Sunday answering all the questions. Monday he had redirected and set on our new course, standing with us the entire way. Excellent TEAM and HIGHLY recommended.

  Great experience!! The challenges of going through a divorce, sale, and purchase of a new home were daunting to say the least.
