  The lines are long the tellers are very rude and give you a hard time.They fee you whatever they can. They stole $94 from me and then tell me that it's tough luck this place is a joke should close it down. You shouldn't even waste your time with this place.

  Been with the bank for years and the staff at this location are horrible and rude there are always new employees that don't know what there doing and none of the other staff stops to help. I will be closing my account due to this location

  I do not bank with first convenience so my concern is being a shopper and having employees rushing you as you leave, actually I felt harassed. One lady actually insisted that their money orders were cheaper,being why was she watching my every move to even scream that out. Just a suggestion for the employees. Try being a little more professional as you try selling to customers.

  THE BEST customer service I have experienced! I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and they do not give customer service like First National Bank does. The branch located inside Walmart is awesome!!!!!

  I set up a new checking account for direct deposit in ~15 minutes. It was one of the most painless experiences I've had with a bank. I got a temporary debit card right then and there, and my actual debit card came less than a week later in the mail. The employees were all very quick, informative, and polite. My wife and I were so satisfied and impressed with the level of service and convenience that she will be leaving her horse-and-carriage behind and joining 1CB. I would recommend them to anyone who thinks they can't have an account, because that's what I thought regarding an outstanding balance with her major company. I love it all around. And they are open SUNDAY! Well I could go on and on, but see for yourself. I am very satisfied. 4 stars, because the only inconvenience is they are only located in 3 states and only in walmarts.

  They have no morning hours. If you work, forget ever getting to this bank when they are open. I can't go before work or after work. You have to give somewhere on your hours! You should also know that if you are ever mis charged or over charged or wrongfully charged, it will never be resolved. They will never give you back your money. Also even with overdraft turned off and disabled, which is that way for a reason, because we dont want the option to be able to overdraft at all. They will still process multiple payments if someone has your debit card on file. They force overdraft on you with zero option to even abide by your express will which is all on file, that you have disabled it. If you try and call the bank you will be on hold for an hour at a time, and if your transferred you will spend another hour on hold, so if you need to contact them you better arrange for a 2-3 hour phone call. Yes its convenient that they are inside some stores but dont let that be why you choose this bank because they are very inconvenient.

  I like it banks open everyday even the holidays ! And they give me my payroll a day earlier and they also offer loans that boosts up your credit !! Great customer service. Great benefits.

  Avoid this branch. Staff members are rude and incompetent. They make you go back home and get documents that are not necessary. It is a waste of time going there. Because they don’t want to help you but they will try to find any excuse to say no or more documents needed. I went to a different branch and they have been super nice. They problem is only with the staff in this particular location. If you have a choice, don’t go to this location. That’s all I can say to save you time and effort.

  Worst customer service and worst client care. Employees are rude and snobbyish. Especially the older white gentleman. If you deliver bad customer service it’s going to drive customers away.... and yes they can be pretty condescending and snarky.

  Great experience definitely recommend. For any first timers when getting a bank account. 1st convenience
