  Everyone is always amazing at the Aberdeen, MD. location. They always check on me and provide exceptional service when I have needed them. I always feel very welcomed and unjudged when working with them. Their electronic process is flawless and the return response time is outstanding.   Customer service is great. I’ve been a customer for years. I am a little upset with the amount of the loan that one main could give me. So I received the small loan from them. I had to go to another place to get the rest of the funds that I needed. So basically I had to make two trips and had to have my credit run again. My goal is to pay off the loan and move on to other company’s. It’s sad when people pay on time and have been a customer for years how much they can’t lend but others lend what u need.

  Gave me a forbearance due to COVID but reported it to the credit bureaus as if I am Over 30 days late. Dropped my credit scores tremendously.
