  I wanted to get a small loan. Called One Main Financial and was directed to Jen by Zoie. After speaking with Jen, she advised me of the documents that would be needed. Jen would send me an email & I could go from there. I had a question so I called back. Jen was not available but the Manager Christopher answered all my questions and then some. Soon after that Jen called me, and together we completed the loan process. Everyone in that office should be commended for their excellent customer service. The most important thing is the customer and Jen made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Jen, Zoie & of course, Christopher for having such conscientious people working for you.

  This is an absolute nightmare. To keep a long story short, there have been multiple back to back issues, day after day trying to obtain paperwork, including folks at the branch all the way up to the district manager. When calling and asking for someone to wait 10 minutes after close, so I may reach the office after work to finally obtain this paperwork and verify that they have resolved the issue, I received a decisive, "Nope." Not even an apologetic, "I'm sorry, we cannot." Just flat out, "Nope." I'll save the full details for OneMain, should they wish to reach out.

  I would recommend OneMain Financial in Concord to anyone looking for a fast, painless loan process. They are very professional and great to work with. They don't want your DNA like most loan companies, but instead just a small list of general info. Chris was very nice and got us in and out of there in no time. I was worried that it was going to be like closing on a new home, but nope, it was easy-peasy. I would happily use this company again in the future if needed.   Concord office has some amazing staff. They are willing to help, do whatever they can to accommodate your needs, and always make sure you feel comfortable. After dealing with a different branch of One Main Financial, this group was a breath of fresh air. I almost didn't use One Main, but Zoey, Chris, and Mark changed my mind, and were great to work with.

  OneMain was there to help me when neither of my 2 banks would give me the time of day. They took the time to review my credit and understand the past credit problems and still notice the continual prior 4 years of paying off debt resulting from a divorce. I expected the higher interest rate due to my below average credit score but was willing to, and can afford to, pay it. Chris and Nick were both prompt, professional and helpful in returning my calls and getting me the info I need. It may be worth your time to check them out BEFORE you head to your personal bank!

  Zoie was amazing and helped me out very productively and quickly! She made a very crazy time go through super smoothly and easily. I can honestly say if I am ever in need again I will give her a call and I will refer her to anyone who needs help!

  If you need a loan, One Main Financial should be your 1st and last stop. I took a loan out with them and then ran into a real financial glitch due to a personal matter. Zoie at the Concord office and her boss stood by me, encouraged me and worked with me to get things back on track. So refreshing to deal with professional people with a personal, caring touch. Thank you Zoie from the bottom of my heart! You guys really are the best.

  Zoe is the greatest! She made the whole process fun and explained things to us every step of the way! Borrowing money can be humbling but she made us feel sooooooo comfortable and not judged! Thank you Zoe and One Main Financial!

  The people at one main are courteous and caring about there customers and the financial responsibility a loan will carry. They made sure to go over all aspects of the loans available and had worked out how each option would play out over the life of the loan and how they could effect your financial future. They made me feel like they were more worried about me and my future over making money off of me, and I wish more loan places were like this.

  Chris was great through the loan process. took two days mainly my timing and getting some documents to him. on his end quick and easy and straight forward. I have taken two loans out from One Main and will use them again in the future if needed.
