  I give empire loan of lowell a 5 star review because they have a friendly curtious staff, they are quick and efficient. . I've never really waited more than a minute or two for help. And whether your selling or getting a loan they offer very competitive prices and are always fair with what they can do for you. They're honest and upfront And will take the time to explain why, if your looking for answers. I personally will continue to shop here and also use its pawn services when needed. P.s. the products that they sell in store for the most part are always top quality. And once again very fair pricing. If you haven't been before i definatly recommend!

  Great experience my Ps4 works great and Dora was awesome with all our questions and making us feel secure about making a purchase on pre-owned gaming system she plugged it in and started play so we could see and also let us know we had 2 weeks to return if we needed to . I will definitely be making purchases from there again

  Friendly staff. I was broke for awhile and had to pawn a few items. Got them all back with no hassle, and low fees. They helped me out big time when I had fallen on hard times.
