  The Loan Officer, Cindy, was very patient with me as my proof of income statements were online and the first printouts didn’t have my name on them. She tried different ways of printing with my name, but they didn’t work. So after calling my Credit Union and getting their help, I was able to get printouts with the necessary information.

  Went to One Main Financial and was approved for a renewal of my loan. It was easy. My Information was gathered and confirmed by the loan office. We signed the paperwork and the money was direct deposit the next morning. Everyone was friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable on their job. Keep up the good work!!

  Ok so I always thought debt consolidation would never work for me, and that it was a scam. Well I was completely wrong. I was put in a position not once but twice where I was trying to handle my finances so I could allow my wife to return to school to better our lives. In looking more and more into it and after an extensive amount of research we decided to gamble on taking out a debt loan. Not only did she explain everything in detail to me but she went above in beyond to make sure that we were doing the right decision. Months later my debt and bills are easier to maintain. I have money to be able to breath and live in comfort knowing my wife is being able to better herself career wise and in return take care of her family. This also has allowed me to persue my Electrical Masters License so I can do the same. She has also helped out another family member of mine as well during their struggles. Our credit scores have gone up substantially, no more debt collectors calling me all day. I'm at peace and in control of my finances and it feels great because it's been a while to be able to live worry free. Just a few mintues to qualify and you could be living stress free. I dont regret looking into this.

  When I called to get pay off amount the lady was rude. It was like she did not want me to pay off your loan early. She was really no help.

  Love it. People are nice. But hate their rates! These place are all high but they are THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE THE EXTRA MONEY FROM THE PRINCIPAL! Thanks One Main!
