  My husband and I are very content for Ms. Reyna Urdialez due to a Loan application we need to submit. Mrs. Urdialez made the application quick and she was very knowledgeable in every question we had. Excellent Job!! We don't regret traveling to San Antonio!! In our local banks we had a hard time making all the paperwork online... She is amazing and confident in her job!

  Sarah Brown is my go to service rep and has been assisting me since I used to bank at the SW Military location. She always provides excellent customer service all while being patient with all of my banking questions. It’s clear she is passionate about what she does.   The facility was very nice and inviting and the help desk was very helpful. Georgina Carrasco was the member that handled making my new account. She was willing and able to answer any and all questions I had, she kept everything simple and coherent, and she walked me threw the building introducing the many faces of SSFCU. I left feeling welcomed, at ease, and satisfied with my visit.

  We just bought our second home and the service from Reyna Urdialez was great. She was with us every step of the process from beginning to end. My interest rate turned out great and they covered our closing costs. If you need to refinance or need a home mortgage, I highly recommend SSFCU.

  Great place if your looking for a home mortgage! We refinanced our home here and service was great. They worked with me while I have a busy schedule. My interest rate turned out great and they covered our closing cost. If your looking for a home mortgage or to refinance this is the place to go.
