  Always great service! They get back to you right away and since I am already a client I can take care of everything over the phone and online, which is great as I don't always have the time to squeeze another to do to my list. I appreciate OneMain Financial they have made my life a little easier.

  Highly recommend this office. I am very impressed with the loan process, no hidden agenda, very simple and the personal service from the staff. Initially I applied online and was pre-approved, brought my documentation into the office as requested and received my check. I was laid off sometime later and payments were missed, but upon being employed, I went into the office updated my info and I'm back on track...the staff and Mr Joyner called quite often because payments were overdue however, never rude or disrespectful. It's a pleasure being their client for the past year. My name is Shelia Hackley as a referral.

  I have been doing business with One Main for a few years and have always received prompt courteous service. In addition I've taken an interest in some of the insurance protection policies available to me. I'd recommend One Main for financial needs.

  The one thing that I like about this company is that they didn't turn me down due to my bad credit they look over it kind of sort of and they still gave me a loan so giving me that one chance was the most important thing to me to show them that I can make my payments and that I can be a responsible person but One main financial it's a good company when you're in a tight spot or in a tough situation so if I were you I would go then because they would definitely not turn you away
