  Reps are courteous , professional and knowledgeable. I applied for a loan and Maria was amazing throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to understand, and answered any questions I had. She and other staff made me feel welcomed and understood. Overall a great experience and look forward on working with them again.

  I just got processed for a loan, and between the hard inquiry and the account opening my credit score has dropped almost 60 points. This was a partner connected to credit karma which until this time I was happy with. Right now I am definitely regretting this decision, as I realize its gonna cost me more than its worth.

  Courteous and professional staff... Really felt comfortable with them and the one time I did have an issue (with an outside creditor) Chelsea Nicolson was there and on the ball ready to help provide the documents I needed to resolve the issue I was having. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a loan.

  I originally had a loan from OMF from December and visited the office on Roy Rogers Dr. in Victorville. to check on my payment dates.The loan advisor, Amber, was so incredibly efficient that I left later on with a new loan that paid off the old one, a loan from another institution, two Visa cards and a WalMart account. Plus it left me with a substantial sum left over to start a savings account which almost no one has any more. I couldn't be happier. Wish my employer was as efficient and knowledgeable as Amber, but I guess that's asking too much. Thanks again, Bill Dean, Victorville.
