  They don’t disclose anything properly. Go to another branch.Especially Kim. Watch those hidden fees that they don’t tell you about so read everything before you sign. I would call out those fees and Kim would just say “ oh yea, those are on every loan”

  Mr. Robert and his branch manager, went over & beyond to help me. I'm truly thankful for them and all that they've done. The whole Hattiesburg staff was actually very nice and helping. Thank U.....

  WORST financial company EVER! Ina is VERY unprofessional, they NEVER answer the phone ran my credit 6 times, gave me a loan approval, just to come back & tell me the company doesn’t even work with whom i was trying to purchase a vehicle from HIGHLY will NEVER refer anyone to them POOREST customer service!!! Y’all have done ENOUGH already!!! NO thank you!

  Great place to get a loan. The whole process went Fast and Smoothly. Angel did a Spectacular job on my paperwork and she explained everything with Care and Professionalism. Overall I'm very Satisfied with my Experience.

  The branch manager is very rude and sells dreams. I was approved which was good until September. I went to actually apply and she had deleted my application and denied me for whatever reason. Ros was great but I just wish I would have read the reviews before scaring my report.

  Friendly service yet they messed up my title on my Mustang. It was registered in Florida and the loan was in Mississippi. Individual canceled my Florida tag and Title without my permission. I was pulled over and informed my Florida tag was not valid and had to have my vehicle towed to my home until tag issue was resolved. Cost my 75.00 for two and another 80.00 in Florida to get a new tag and registration. Would like to know how this happen when I did not authorize transfer tag to Mississippi.I am retired army and duel resident of Florida and Mississippi. Really upset on this issue. The Florida police officer didn’t know how One Main did this as well as it would require my authorization. Things that make you go “hmmmmm”

  I was approved for an additional 4900 in order to pay off another loan so I can have just 1 bill instead of 2. An it would save me money on interest. Never heard back from the branch on 2109 hardy st in Hattiesburg. So I was in the area so I decided to stop by, this is what they had to say to me. O yes we look into it an you already have 5000 you are paying back the 4900 would do me any good. Wow I'm paying 202 on 1 loan an 190 on another. I just wanted to have one bill, did the app through credit karma. It stated I'm able to get 10000, the 4900 was what I could get too make 10000. In order too pay off the other loan. Well so much for that idea thanks one main.

  This transaction was a smooth process from start to finish. I appreciated the fact that so much of this could be done online before we actually went in to close. It made closing quick and painless. Great team.
