  I have been with this credit union for over 40 years when it was just the postal credit union. Even though the staff may have changed it is far better than any of the credit unions around. I can call any of the loan officers especially Doug Nobles who goes above and beyond to help. Sandra, Natasha, Stephanie, Dawn, Donna, and Mitzi to name a few, are some of the best people you can come in contact with as well I can even call and ask to speak the president John Harmon and he speaks with me. All of us have bad days and it's hard to deal with some customers. I wouldn't trade my credit union for another! Vonnette R.Stone

  I was happy because they are helping me with my debts, now I tried to contact them one month ago, I sent a bunch of emails and calles to the numbers and nobody respond it me is so frustrating.

  I recently was there to open a student checking account for my daughter as I had done the previous two years for my sons. The person assisting me was not very knowledgeable. The first time I went, she said I needed her birth certificate which was something new as I didn't need it for my boys. When I returned, I was told that I couldn't open a student account only an express account for her which I knew was wrong. She wouldn't budge even after I suggested she ask someone else to make sure. So I ended up opening the express account. I gone 15 minutes before I received a call from her stating that I could have indeed opened a student account. She apologized and asked if I wanted to change over to the student account. I said no. There was no way I was going to deal with her anymore. I have been with this credit union for over 30 years. I am seriously thinking about moving somewhere else. The quality of service has severely diminished from the tellers on up!

  The staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional , and friendly!! Banking with Century First is an enjoyable experience!

  This is a great bank. They have awesome staff and are friendly. Ms. Sandra is great and know her stuff. She is great and has help me tremendously. This bank just change their name to Century first federal credit union. Anybody could apply to have an account here. The have great rates. Come check it out!!

  They were a good bank when they were Southern Miss Federal Credit Union. Ever since they’ve changed to Century first i have had the most problems wirt this bank. I can’t tell you how many times the atm is broken, they don’t have 24/7 telephone lines to get help with your account, the bank is always messing up transactions. I can’t tell you how many times I haven’t even been able to use my debit card at stores or their atm. This bank has just been going down hill.

  They had a new loan officer/bank manager. I didn't know what to expect but they go above and beyond to take care of you.

  I've been with this organization since 2011. The staff here has always made me feel that my business was appreciated. Their like an family oriented business and willing to go to the edge for you in banking. I would like to say thank you to everyone at the Hattiesburg and Petal branch. P. Knight.

  We have used this bank for a long time now and the folks here have worked with us on several loans over the years. They are very professional and still treat you like family. I do wish they stayed open longer hours through the week.
