  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was given one loan officer, then directed to another that wasn’t available when I called so someone else helped me. She told me that some of my paperwork was submitted incorrectly so she would request now documentation and CALL ME BACK. Five to six days goes by and I’ve heard nothing so I called and LVM requesting a call back. Still nothing so I called and SOMEONE ELSE told me I was denied for XYZ. One of the reasons being I don’t make enough, but when I asked what their records showed for my income they were wrong by 50%!! When I asked if they had my paystub she read it back to me the amount I made, which stated I made $100 less than what they were equating my monthly income to. Doesn’t make sense, right? Say I made $500 a check, they tried to say that by their “algorithm” I only make $600 a month. She was extremely dismissive and definitely didn’t want to help me when I told her I wasn’t understanding where that number came from. She then told me ANOTHER person was my loan officer and I told her that name wasn’t on any of my paperwork, not either of the two people I’d spoken to. Then told me they never call people back to explain why they’re denied. I said okay that’s fine, but when you TELL someone you’ll call them back, and you get voicemails requesting a callback, you do it. Terrible terrible experience. Honestly, the single star is way too generous.

  I worked with Courtney in 2019 and this year I called and said does Courtney there. Lol ! Her response was the same, professional, had patience, should empathy and still had that will -get-it done attitude! I luv it. Can’t say in the next few years I may need to call again and I will ask for Courtney Again 😂.

  Leave you with unavailable loan officers and 2-3 days with no return. Keep making you chase papers that you don't know how to retrieve. Slow respond to everything. Told to come there then told loan officer not there. Wanted to retire consolidate interest but guess even with a good credit score that shows you pay they act unprofessional. State over 300 loans this week so hard time getting to mine. Hmm maybe need to hire. Oh well other companies are not crying too overworked to take my money.

  I am trying to improve my credit score. I was pre approved for a loan with this company. I definitely do not need the loan with such a high interest rate but that is my fault. The lack of professionalism, and eagerness to earn my business is disappointing. I have sent in all documentation. If someone wants to earn my business and receive their commission then someone needs to do the necessary work to earn it. I have done my part and am ready to close the paperwork and begin. Please have someone contact me when they are ready to close my deal. Today I go there to sign my loan papers and they are not prepared. The manager Greg is stumbling to try to get me approved. Another person has no idea how to handle COVID-19 practices in the office. When I go in for a loan I expect transparency and no hidden agendas. I also expect for them to be prepared. I will try a different office for a better outcome. I do not recommend this office. From the manager to the staff the unprofessionalism, laziness, and non eagerness to earn my business was appalling.

  Wish I could give zero stars! Applied for a loan, they called me over and over while I was working so when I could call back, I was on hold for an hour and never reached anyone. Then the lady on the phone said I would be approved for $4000, only for me to get to the appointment and be told it was actually only $3000 and that they would need my car as collateral. When I said that I was not comfortable with this, and that I would not be signing, as I walked out I was given dirty looks by the women in the office and I noticed the one who was helping me directly was laughing. SO unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service, myself, I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful this office was. SO thankful that I chose not to sign and went with another company. After reading other reviews looks like i’m not the only one who had an experience like this. DO NOT go through this awful company!!

  Even though I did not get a loan with one main. That’s not the reason for the 1 star. The 1 Star is because of the communication. Missed a call and when I called back the lady was extremely rude and did not even care that I was applying. Then after finally getting a call back 3 hours later, she was nice at first then when she calculated my finances she became very short handed and basically wanted to rush me off the phone. When I told her I was not going to do the loan at this time because of what they could offer me, she immediately hung up. Geez... I get that I’m not a valuable client but you should not rush me off the phone like that... get some respect.

  They Called me to make a payment even though I spoke with someone who stated I had until the 12th to make a payment.. Got swindle into getting my credit pulled for a refinance because “My interest rate is high”.. Was told I would only need “A and B” and ended up needing “XYZ”.. Not only that, in the middle of the transaction the young lady helping all of a sudden had to take off. DO NOT AUTHORIZE TO HAVE YOUR CREDIT PULLED

  Very eager to get you in and get your loan paperwork signed but after that, they never respond to messages or phone calls. Called 4 times since I got my personal loan through them and never received a call back until I finally sent a message to their corporate location. Also, was told I can re-finance after 3 on time payments to lower my APR if my credit score goes up. My score of course went up after paying off all my credit cards. Called 4 months later with 4 on time payments only to find out you cannot refinance but you can ask for more money and pay off your current loan but then your payment will be higher or the same anyways. This place takes your desperate situation and makes it worse basically.
