  Horrible company to do business with. They will give you a car loan and sell you gap insurance then talk you into refinancing so they can remove gap insurance without telling you. If you total vehicle out you find out you no longer have gap and are stuck with remainder of loan and they will not do anything to help or accept any responsibility for their deceit. Liars

  CUSTOMERS BEWARE Worst managment in the business. Ms. Jennea Steven's ( branch manager) will lie to your face to earn your business and when it is all said and done she will deny anything she spoke to you about! You cannot trust this onemain branch! Take your business to a more honest place.
