Wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst bank ever!!! Run from any auto dealer using this “bank”...if you can even call them that. No customer service and extremely rude! Banked at credit unions for 21 years and can’t believe they can use those words to describe their establishment. Definitely not a people first business. Treated us like we were ignorant and tried to say we didn’t insure the vehicle we financed with them, when we had coverage before we drove off the lot. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I have a boat loan through them which I pay on time EVERY month. I logged onto their online system as usual in December and paid what I thought was the full amount. I then received a call stating that I was past due for December. I explained that I paid it. They said I didn’t pay the whole amount. So I still owed only $34. I gladly told the young lady on the phone to go ahead and take my bank info and cover the $34 past due amount and January payment THEY STILL REPORTED ME LATE TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS thereby screwing up my credit!! I did not purposefully pay short in December. I even answered the first time they called and handled it all over the phone and yet they reported me anyway. I plan to transfer my boat loan from this institution ASAP and NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I’ve not had ANY other creditor or financial institution ever do this to me and a few months this ago my credit was over 700. Now, thanks to FSCU my score has dropped. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

For anyone considering this bank beware. NONE of the ATM will except money or checks for a deposit. If you're thinking "hey I can get that money in after they close" you are screwed. Worst banking experience I've ever had. Only upside is.... they like your money??. Nah there isnt any upside. Cheers and good luck

Tried to wire money to my daughters account!! Kept getting declined ! A couple hours later I got a call from fraud protection. So I guess this bank decides what businesses you can or can't spend your money with! Get with the times everyone transfers money these days! I would appreciate I if I have the ability to choose how or where I send My money!!!

We have been with FSCU for nearly 15 years. They have been wonderful to work with and always helpful. We have never had an issue that we were not able to resolve. Mrs Kim at the 6th Ave branch has been especially helpful with everything from small loans to car loans and even mortgages.

The fact that they call themselves a Credit Union is deplorable. The customer service is worse than any bank I've ever done business with. I had multiple loans with FSCU that were done at competitive rates but once those loans were closed I got a threatening letter stating that if I did not add more funds or make more transactions I would be charged $10 a month. I called to cancel my account and needed to do so via fax as the local branch had been closed. After jumping through all of their hoops and thinking my account was closed I got a statement today showing the account is still open and a $10 deduction was made from the account. These people are thieves and in no way should they be allowed to remain a credit union. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Professional and helpful with loans, unlike my previous credit union here in Decatur!

Worse bank I have ever dealt with. Not helpful at all had to go through 3 different managers to get anything accomplished after they had lost the title that was being heald as a lean on my loan.

I really dont understand some of these reviews. The cashiers are not ignorant. They are not rude. In fact they were quite helpful to me and what i wanted to do.

I apologize but this is the top 2 most disrespectful buisness I have ever seen. They're just simply rude and just don't care for customers. It is obvious they don't care cause it's not their name on the line or their buisness especially the young lady Nakita.
