  My wife co signed a loan for our daughter in law and she has never been late. Her payments have always been paid on time. She informed them over 3 months that she will be in the hospital for surgery and the insurance was informed to start paying. But yet the staff reported false information to the credit company's. This is the last time we will ever do any business with this company. They don't deserve a star but I had to put one to let people know what kind of business this is. We informed them but they refused to fix their mistakes. Iam going to talk to a. Attorney about this

  The representative who assisted me was very friendly and professional. There was no push to accept anything without full understanding of what I was signing up for. One mains' APR's are very competitive and and they give 20 days to think about it before accepting the terms. I would definitely recommend the service to friends and family.

  This has been eating at me, so I'm going to share my experience. When the governor issued the stay-at-home order, I was laid off and my daycare sent an email that they would be closing per the mandate. I called all my creditors to advise that I had been laid off. This company asked if I would be getting another job and told me, "no, daycares are essential, they'll be open". Well, no, they weren't. They offered to take a half payment and that was it. Then... The following month, when I hadn't made my payment, they called my work.... That they had been told I was laid off from! I understand that creditors have to be paid and I made an agreement. I'm lucky I was able to return to work quickly compared to other individuals. The lack of compassion and flexibility displayed by this company during a pandemic was extremely disappointing.

  Such a relief! Up until the last minute of the final signature, I was waiting for some "hidden variables", or some "hidden terms" But refreshingly... it was as simple, as they first explained it would be. I worked with Vicki Curtis. She was fast, efficient, and to the point. It couldn't have gone any smoother and the whole office has a such a great friendly presence. I would highly recommend.

  I'd give them a zero if I could. You don't approve someone based on their credit and then turn around and decline them based on their credit... Terrible company. Literally went through the entire verification process and all the way to the approved terms then they say oh sorry but you're declined based on your debt to income... Why on earth would you pull someone's credit and not know all the information well before approving them and giving them the loan terms?!?!? I've never dealt with such a terrible company before.

  Kathy was very rude towards me about my husbands loan and trying to pay off a balance. She told me if my check didnt come by friday thats its not ok to pay them at least something. I would never recommend this company. Justin was an amazing help though.

  Worst place to ever get a loan. If there were 0 stars available they would maybe get that. Unfair interest charged, and extremely racist. They owe me money from an overpaid payoff balance, and refuse to refund it for 15+days after they received my money. I was also given a nonexistent email address by the "branch manager". Don't waste your time here if you actually plan on paying off your loan.
