  From when I first submitted an application everything went seamlessly. I was approved within a day and and the paperwork signed later that day. The gentleman hat helped me, I think it was Ernest, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I defineitely recomend One Main Financial!!

  We were off to a rocky start bec their office was so busy and my job we could not seem to get in touch with our loan officer but thank god we kept persistent Liz and Jared gave the best customer service in any finance place we’ve ever experienced. They greeted us with a smile and gave us an even better loan option initially . They even work with you in regards to rescheduling payments if necessary . Thank you guys we will give you 10 if we could. 🙏🙌🏽👏🏽

  I am very happy with them!!! they offer me a loan i just say yes and two days later my money was in my bank, IS WAY I CAN GET MY SECOND CAR TO MY COMPANY... Also is very easy to make payments and I see how the loan go down fast, no high interest i am very very Happy, I HIGH RECOMMEND THEM if i need ask loan again i will ask them first :)

  Transaction went ok. Just be sure to bring all the necessary docs with you. I got approved on Friday and walked out with the check. The check was not signed so my bank turned me away. I left a voicemail with this branch and didn't hear back until after I took a half day off work to fix their mistake. It was a 40 minute drive each way just to get this signed!!

  Agnes Cruz was amazing to work with! I wish all companies were ran the way she conducted business. To top the whole experience off I showed up early and she returned with her lunch she sad it aside and let it get cold while she took care of me, and this was at 3 o clock in the afternoon so i know she was hungry!

  Agnes did an excellent job assisting me through this process! More than fair monthly payment options. Overall friendly experience! I would recommend them to everyone!!

  Applied and approved for a certain amount. Called to schedule was told that needed a vehicle as collateral and that amount was a lot lower! Well submitted my info and now I was denied although I was approved! Very misleading and will tell others to not even bother! Now my credit was ran and got nothing!!!!

  Don't ever get a loan from this company. Take an extra minute and think about your situation. Whatever problem you have there has to be a better option than this. Loans with this interest rate should be illegal and the company's action should be considered predatory. They literally profit of other people's desperation. It cant possible be completely legal to have someone giving you a loan and they do not even know terms like "principal" and "accrued interest". Go to a legitimate bank or start a gofundme page. Pan handle on the street, get a second job, anything but this.

  They were great with initial loan however, when I needed to get more due to some unforeseen difficulties I was denied. I won’t try again, I’m going to get them paid off and will not use them again.

  The staff was very professional especially Agnes who was responsible for bringing me into the office. The experience was very easy and well explained.
