  Worst bank I’ve ever refinanced with, never again . If you’re looking for a loan and need to refinance a car, they will take their sweet time sending the payment to other bank, also they love just charging your account whenever they feel like it. Never again never again.

  My experience with OneMain Financial was wonderful. The young man that waited on me was very professional, kind and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a loan to come to OneMain Financial. This last loan I received was handled by Rita. She is so friendly and explained everything to me. When I called in to get a loan I was going to ask for Rita because she helped me before but she happened to answer the phone. I would recommend her to any of my friends that may want a loan.

  Aggressive salespeople who do not honor their contracts! Also reported me late on the very last payment after 2.5 years. Never missed a payment. Insurance check was on the way they still reported me late and tanked my 720 credit score. They act like they are trying to assist but typical predatory loans. With predatory customer service.

  I wasn't expecting to get much for my loan request. I was very surprised when I got much more than expected. I was able to catch up and pay off a lot of bills. The process was fast and easy. Everything was explained and I had the opportunity to choose my loan options. This is my second loan. Love this company.

  I've actually never heard of One Main until this transaction. The entire process from application to close was seamless. I was pleasantly shocked at how efficient it was! I closed my loan in less than a week of application. Since the company was new to me I did depend on reviews, glad I wasny sold on one in particular about one of your representatives, Rita. She was my loan consultant and from initial conversation over the phone until close, she was very pleasant. I'll openly admit I was very skeptical about our face to face encounter but it turned out she was nothing like she was projected to be in a post. I believe in order to get outstanding customer service, you should be an outstanding customer. You get what you give, that's reality. I'm not dispelling that an individual shouldn't remain professional regardless but as an individual person everyone have their limits. It's unfortunate that most reviews are most of individuals who perceived to have bad experiences but the good reviews are never given so I choose to break the cycle and dispute the claim about this entire office. Yes, there was conversations going on amongst representatives while I was there BUT I don't expect anyone to sit in an office all day with their peers, stiff neck. My closing was very discrete in a back office and my concerns and questions were answered immediately during loan closing! You can't always believe only the negative, learn for yourself. I highly recommend this office to anyone even my closest friends!

  I am sorry to hear that some customers have bad reviews, however my experience with working with Rita was very positive. She is very cheerful and up beat, but as with all jobs that have quotas, reps must take phone calls in between processing paperwork if possible. My experience went extremely smooth and she explained and answered all of my questions. I had previously applied for a loan with One Main but had changed my mind, Rita had been calling me constantly but earlier last year I did not accept the offered loan, then I recently took out a loan there. No one is perfect; just glad to know they were there when I needed them.

  Awful experience and will never use them again. From the nonchalant way my information was processed, to the horrible attitude with the woman on the phone in regards to my payoff I would never recommend them to anyone.

  They were fast and friendly and got me on my way in a very short time. You can easily schedule payments online and if you pay a little extra you can really cut down the length of your payments.
