  I found OneAZCU online when looking for the best auto rates. I submitted the application online (as a new member) and within a few minutes Madison called me. It was by far the fastest and most pleasant experience. I went in to sign the docs to transfer the car and Madison was professional and worked fast so I could be in and out. We Will be using OneAZCU for our future needs.

  My wife and I recently financed a vehicle through OneAZ Credit Union. We have not made a Vehicle purchase in over 17 years, so we were a little out of our league. We normally do all our banking with the ASU West branch. However on the day of purchase ASU West was Booked solid. As a result we referred to Heather Amone of the Scottsdale branch. Since we live in Glendale she assisted us via E-mail and phone to prosses the loan that Day. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in expediting the loan prosses. We are grateful for her assistance. We would recommend working with Her. Philip and Sharon C.

  Don't waste your time with this amateur group. They wasted 30 days of my time: I supplied all documents and was told good to go! 800+ credit score, income, 15% loan to value, and they couldn't figure it out. They don't even know their own underwriting standards. Worst problem: they don't communicate!! Wow. Nice ATM? Maybe. But go to a REAL LENDER. This place is amateur hour.

  I always go into the branch and greeted with a smile and warm welcome! Line moves quick so I can finish my task and get on with the day! Brachel and John are my typical helpers!

  I went into the OneAZ Scottsdale location and Maria Nolte helped me with my needs. She was kind, thorough, patient and so helpful. She was able to get taken care of exactly what I came in for very quickly and was so pleasant to visit with. 5 stars!!

  my grandfather, richard c robertson, used to be the president of OneAZ for 41 years and ever since I've grown up everyone has been so kind and so sweet, i would love to get a job and follow in his foot steps. also i would like to add i love online banking!
