  I just closed on my loan with One Point Mortgage. Being in the real estate industry for over 27 years I can say, I've never seen an easier process. I bought a home in a great location for $230,000, 3 years ago. One Point hired a local appraiser that knew my very unique location. The home appraised for $488,000. I couldn't believe it. The low loan to value gave me a better interest rate. Jennifer and Trisha were awesome and from start to finish I was on my way in 12 days. I am impressed with this team. Way to go ladies.

  Best mortgage financing experience we’ve ever had! Seriously they had the BEST RATES, and the process was super EASY and!!! they are FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Next thing I knew we had the clear to close and we were done! I’ve never had a refinance take that QUICK and be that easy. Thank you One Point! You guys are the best!!!

  Lollie and Jennifer got me pre approved, under contract and closed with 14 days! In this real estate market, time is of the essence as properties are flying off the self at a rapid pace. I literally bought a house from the comfort of my own living room through One Point as they have the best technology available for uploading and signing documents. I get more stress grocery shopping than I did purchasing my home!
