  Fabulous personalized service. Holly set up our accounts and safe deposit box and was able to answer all of our questions, concerns and requests. They were quick to respond to our needs when our debit card had fraudulent charges. Randall has also been helpful, and the teller staff always greet us with a friendly hello.

  I went to at least six banks in a single afternoon that could/would not help me. From the moment I heard that angel answer the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The MidFirst Bank team was excellent. I have never been greeted with so many smiles and great personalities. They had me in an office immediately after I walked in the door and solved my problems within the hour. I was also given a bottle of water to keep me hydrated. Wow, what a caring team.

  I was looking to replace a small home town bank in IL that I had done business with for decades. Everyone knew me. The Officers felt like personal friends and the service was always first rate. Tried many banks here and was always disappointed until my wife and I walked into Mid First. They have the great customer service and personalized way of doing business that is so obviously lacking in most banks today. We have been doing business there for a few years now and have never walked into the place without leaving feeling as though we had dealt with personal friends. In addition this bank generally has better products than the other banks in the area. Thank you to every teller and officer of Mid First on Waddell and Reems for the special effort you always give that makes us feel so at home. For those of you who are reading this, better give them a try if you are not already banking there. You'll never return to where you are now.

  I'm on my own personal "Hell or High Water" journey, just with less death and car burials. MidFirst had a $250 promo for opening a new checking account. Sounded good and I've done more for less, so I opened one. Less than 2 weeks after opening, I received the bonus in my account! I've done this with other banks, and NOBODY funds your bonus this quickly. Thank you MidFirst, much appreciated

  I am honestly very happy with this Bank. I needed to start changing a large coin collection into cash (Large bills again) They helped me right away and opened an account for me. This bank is so much different than any main Banks like BOA or Chase. Its more personal. I have never banked at a "privately owned Bank:" before. This seemed interesting at first. I did my research and used the reviews as a guide. Therefor I am writing a review myself to hopefully guide many in the right direction. AWESOME BANK. No doubt about it.

  I have been banking with midfirst for years. Specifically the Waddell branch. I've been to other branches and all are great but at the Waddell location especially I have been treated like family. Everyone there is awesome and have been the consistently over the years. I set up my online checking and savings and accounts for daughters as well as auto loans. I go there at least once or twice a week I deal with cash. I also use the app so amazing. Aaron is great so quick and friendly and accurate and a rap master. Katie is such a champ, they are all hard workers. Elizabeth, Holly and Sandra are so awesome too! Thanks so much guys.

  I really like this bank as well. I don't have an account ( yet) but my mother dose . When I bring mom here she is greeted with smiles, and politeness by all the ladies. She particulary likes Holly as well because she takes a personal interest in her customers so my mom trusts her to the max! Keep up the good work ladies !!!

  I love this bank!!! Best one I’ve ever had. Thank god I left boa for them. Top 10 and the people there are always so nice and great customer service all the time. I love the stuff they do for the kids there to get them started in the right track and they are always offering cool deals

  This branch knows what customer service and common sense means. We had a large check to deposit and instead of spewing out the typical" these business transactions take a while and there needs to be a long hold placed on the check " speech, Holly the manager, uses her corporate muscle and figures out how to assist the clients individual needs. We needed to close on a house with our check, and instead of waiting days and days for our funds to be released, Holly and her outstanding team did the common sense motion of actually calling the bank on the check to see if funds were available. Because they were available we were able to move on with the closing on our house just as planned!:). Holly also set up accounts for our children. When we recently went back to Midfirst she asked how the kids were by NAME!!! She remembered all their names and that also impressed my greatly. You're awesome Holly and so are your tellers. We will be customers for life because of you!
