  Extremely shady realtors. They run the best of 30A group. I received multiple unsolicited private messages from Penny trying to get me to work with her on my home purchase. The group only exists to spam people. When I was unreceptive Penny harassing me she got pretty rude. Definitely won't be using Penny or her husband to buy a house or purchase any house listed by them. Sad to see realtors desperate for business to the point that they will harass perfect strangers on the internet and endlessly spam everyone in the best of 30A group. Ridiculous.
