Maleta Waddleton5Kristy Alston has assisted us in closing two homes in Panama City Beach Florida. She made the experience painless and was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and available at all hours of everyday for any questions or needs that we had. Once all the homes were closed, we decided to take out a home equity loan for some improvements. This is not her area but she directed us to her co worker, Kim McIntosh, who was also amazing to work with. Highly recommend the company and Kristy and Kim

Kellie Martin5I worked primarily with Kristy Alston. Not only did she give me rates well below what we’d received for other lenders, she was a dream to work with! She was responsive, clear and direct in her communication. We purchased a beachfront condo in Panama City and other lenders were making it very difficult. Kristy knew the exact process and not only did she pull it off without error, she turned it around in under 30 days to meet our very ambitious closing date just 24 days after we went under contract. I can only hope our paths cross again because this is the type of person (and company) I love doing business with!!

Joseph McFatter5KRISTY ALSTON ****TAKE THE TIME TO READ**** So it started with a simple home purchasing everything was moving along, but then tragically the property appraisal came back and was no good for the type of loan we used. We had already sank $3,900 into this property (inspections / land survey). Kristy Alston the lender I was using worked tirelessly as if she was the real estate agent herself trying to find some combo of loan that would work...I mean it when I say this woman never took a day off. The customer service was 100% uncanny to anyone else. She even offered to look over different loan packages other banks wrote for me just to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed...I felt like she was my own real estate agent! She was there for guidance / recommendations / even a simple check up on me when she new I was down in the dumps. I can’t recommend KRISTY ALSTON enough!!! You won’t be disappointed. -Joseph.
