  I’ve had the privilege to work with Mr. Dion Moniz and his team at ECTS on a couple personal of real estate items over the years and can testify to their knowledge, professionalism, and communication. They clearly walked me through each step of the process (and all the paper work!) and thoroughly explained my options.   Went above and beyond even after the closing. Purchasing a home out of state can be stressful but Alison and her team made everything go SUPER smooth and even let me come in and print something (totally unrelated to the closing) after the fact since we didnt have a printer set up yet
