Austin Linn2I’m only giving them 2 stars.. they are friendly but I came to them because of the “give back” program they were doing, within the first 100 days of the new bank account you had to have a direct deposit of $1,000 dollars or more and they would give you $250 bucks as a thank you. I thought this was amazing and really cool of the bank to do that for new clients. However they are awful at honoring this as a company and a bank.. since I opened my account I’ve had 4 direct deposits of way over $1k and I’ve been waiting and waiting and I keep getting told “don’t worry it’s coming” and every time I call and question it I get tossed through the ringer about “oh it has to be 60 days from the day of your direct deposit we have to do it” well do you just wait till the 60th day? It’s really sad and I honestly want to just close my account with them and move on. I appreciate Sean at this branch he’s pretty great but the fact that the Bank is waiting to the very LAST minute is just really discouraging to me as having them as my bank. My 60 days Comes to the full 60 on Thursday.

Alec C5Roger goes above and beyond with every experience I have had with him here. I can't even describe the great service he gives. The interactions I have had with him at this location make it to where KeyBank is the only place I need to keep my money. Thanks man!

RaQwin Young5I truly value having a relationship with a bank where I can walk in and everyone knows me by name. Yanaira and Shawn at Key Bank are particularly wonderful. They are incredibly attentive and responsive bankers. They go out of their way to make sure my banking needs are met, and even message me to let me know when I qualify for an upgrade!

Christian B4The interior of this bank is unique because it has that old wild west feel and look to it with the rod iron bars by the teller windows fitting that frontier town theme that is the city of Golden. The service here was fast and the teller was friendly and it has all the modern amenities that all other banks have. Many pictures on the walls depict the city of Golden in its Gold mining days. Great and convenient location in the heart of downtown.
