  Michael Loffredo was an absolute rockstar. About 2 and a half weeks in on a multi-family purchase my financing fell through with another lender. It was an absolute nightmare until I called Mike at Omni Mortgage. Mike dropped everything to help me. He could have decided that it wasn’t worth it, but he went above and beyond to get me the green light. The communication from him was superb; he was able to explain and let me know exactly what was going on each step of the way. Without Mike and his creativity, purchasing this property would not have been possible. Look nowhere else when trying to secure financing for a property.   As a first time homebuyer, Mike Loffredo made this process a breeze. He was always so prompt and constantly available, even on nights and weekends. You know in this market you have to move fast - it wouldn't have been possible without him! He worked well with our agent and our lawyer and answered all of our newbie questions. Very nice guy, highly recommend!
