  I found the assistance I received from all staff personnel assisting me to have met all my check points I consider as outstanding customer help: a) No one tried to rush my conversation, b) No one tried to overtalk me, c) No one raised their voice in anger, d) During all conversations I felt I was being treated as a valuable entity to the company, e) Whenever I spoke whoever was assisting me listened attentively to whatever I had to say, f) all of my queries and questions were answered in a professional and understanding level, and g) any assistance requiring computer knowledge in helping me process this loan was provided in an explicit and professional manner.   Started my loan application one Monday night and within an hour had the team at Omni calling to verify information and request the necessary documentation. Roughly 20-30 minutes later had the funds deposited to my account and that was that. The gentleman even stayed on the phone with me while my CAC Reader was taking unnecessarily long to accept my card. Very professional, excellent service. Thanks to the team at OMNI

  The staff is pretty great. Took me about 3 days in all, but once they got all the documentation needed they handled everything real fast. Overall I say the service was great due to the fact not many places can issue military personnel loans.
