  This is long overdue, but let me tell you how amazing this place here is. The staff is very friendly and super nice. Their customer service skills are absolutely amazing and their always willing to make sure they take care of you any way they can and anyway possible. They've always helped me out no matter how many times I've came back and o matter how many times I've asked for a loan they have never turned me down ever ! I absolutely love doing business with them and have recommended them to everyone I know especially in times of need. I love this place and I want to give a shoutout to the entire staff for their excellent business practices and excellent customer service skills. I will be back again and again because I know whenever I come here I'll always get excellent customer service.

  I’ve had to go here due to financial hardships & I must say I was definitely impressed. The application process was complete one day, approved the next, & I received money the following day. Ebony walked me through the process and made everything extremely easy for me through a difficult time. Thank you Ebony!

  Just wanted to comment on how absolutely rude the heavyset black women was to me when I accidentally parked here. I wanted to try out the bbq restaurant next door and had no idea that I was in the wrong parking lot. She was extremely rude about it and I did not appreciate her tone with me. She was very ghetto. I would recommend going to another financial institution for help based on attitude alone based on my experience.

  I recommend this place to all soldiers. I just came back back from deployment and they helped me out! The new staff is awesome. Alexis, Devonda and Bobbi are very fast and professional. Got me in and out.
