  I went Friday morning for a oil change thinking my warranty would cover it. But some how the warranty wanted me to pay for it all and they reimburse me 3 weeks later. The gentleman there didn’t stop working on that till they paid for it all. I will be returning for all my car needs.

  Had a Amazing experience working with Matt Haggings and the team! They really worked with us to reach every need and concern we had. I would recommend this company first before any other in Lumberton and surrounding areas! They don't try to rob you and do all th y can to get you the right payment!   We rented a suburban from south Florida to drive up to MD for a family reunion. We drove the first evening and made it to SC. This Moyer got in the car for the remainder of our drive to MD. It's 90 degrees out and 7 of us are in a black car with black interior and there's no AC! Enterprise tells us to go to a dealer to fix their car. As a blessing we googled and found Lumberton GMC. I left a message for Tara and thought to myself, "Great! I won't get a callback." Not only did I get a callback but she and a service adviser were waiting for us. It turns out that it was a recall issue and they had the parts available. They told us at most it would take an hour and a half. They had us out in under an hour! What great service!! With a smile! Thanks! Very kind , helpful folks. Highly recommended.

  I have been extremely disappointed in my overall experience with GM products and this visit to Lumberton GMC was no exception. I was charged over $100 and the service department did absolutely nothing except give me an estimate to repair the liftgate on my vehicle. (Which has been repaired multiple times over the lifespan of the car) In addition to the horrible service, when we went to pick up our vehicle and pay the $100 for nothing, we had to wait over 20 minutes to get our car. We had to ask for it 3 times. On the final “ask” we stood in front of them until they did something. To say the least, our experience with Lumberton GMC has been frustrating and utterly fruitless.

  While traveling through from Texas the air conditioner on my Chevy truck quit working. We stopped at a Chevy dealer in Virginia who couldn’t be bothered to even look at it. We then stopped at a Firestone who told us our compressor was burnt up. Luckily we found you. We stopped at your dealership at 8am. Wendy Jacobs got us right in and addressed our issue. Your techs quickly found a cracked ac hose and defective pressure valve. The AC was properly diagnosed and repaired and out the door in a remarkable time of just two hours and ten minutes. Wendy Jacobs and your whole staff are simply amazing. We could not have asked for any better service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

  I want to give a special thanks to Bill Shotwell for going above and beyond is helping me find this truck as well as delivery and sending me photos and videos through the entire process.   Our family was traveling back home from Mississippi to Virginia, when the alternator went in our Chevy Traverse. Was able to find the Lumberton dealership for service, the people there were great to work with and they got our vehicle in for the repairs it needed. Wendy also called the warranty department to see if the replacement of the alternator would be covered and it was. They were able to get us in and out so we could make the rest of our trip home.

  Wendy was very pleasant and professional. I had to make several calls, and can only fix part of car at this time. Even tho the part fixed was the less expensive, the mechanic said less expensive part was more important to fix it first. Made me feel like they cared about my car and safety over getting the most money. I will get the othe r part fixed there and outside of little stuff, like light bulbs, my car will only be brought there. Thank you.very much!!

  Customer service was good. The price of $3,000.00 to fix my truck was way too high. 2 weeks to fix my truck to long. They quoted me 17 hours to do the gob. I took it to my mechanice took 11 hours and $1400.00 thanks but no
