  Outstanding customer service! Especially from Ms. Scherraque, which was the awesome lady who helped me today. Although Ms. Ashton, and Ms. Patricia didn’t help me today. I did notice they were also very helpful and patient with their customers.

  Extremely terrible service. The people were nice and polite over the phone, but my experience overall was terrible! It has been over 10 days and they are still asking me for additional information to see if I qualify for a small loan. I have been straightforward and open with them, provided my LES, bank information, etc... However, every time I hear from them it's always "we need additional information." It's gotten so bad they needed more than the 3 references they initially asked for, and began asking me about personal things that had absolutely nothing to do with money. They pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report, got my command involved for no reason, and asked for absurd documents and began asking questions that truly didn't make any sense. It was a truly ridiculous experience and all for a small loan. This company is supposed to loan money to military members who need assistance. However, I did not feel like they wanted to help me. Especially after day 9. I waited another day just in case and lo and behold, they "need additional information." I am not usually one to complain or take time to write a review, but I just had to write this one. I withdrew from my application and I will stay away from them for now on. I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed.
