  Mark at Omni was an immense help! He helped us through every single step of the way with our VA loan, and then some. Not just with the financing piece, but he would even talk through finding the right home, inspection stuff, appraisal, or anything we had questions about. Working together from the start of the homebuying process the total homebuying experience was second to none. From the first call they were on top of everything. They helped explain the requirements of the loan process and patiently guided us through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact and were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it.   I have to say this was the smoothest loan and closing process I have ever experienced. As a retired Sailor I have had to move around a lot in the last two decades and Omni was the most responsive to my needs. They did everything possible to save me money without compromising on quality service. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially my fellow vets and servicemembers. They know their VA loans!!

  Megan was so helpful through our entire loan process! Though we only got to meet face to face once due to COVID and it still felt like we were completely taken care of. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!   This refinance was very important to our family and we were politely prompted by Mark for ideal timing. He took a holistic approach to the effort; helping us establish goals and asking the right questions. As a professional Landscape Architect, I was impressed in how detail oriented The Omni Team was. They successfully navigated an arduous process and got results; a historically low rate with some nice consolidation to complement.   After having a very awkward call with my fiance and wanting to run my and her credit the very instant we picked up the phone our interactions with Mark at Omni Home financing continued to get worse. My fiance said she would try to text him back but would like to have a meeting that I could be included in two days later at 5:30 no matter what. On that day not only did he forget who she was but he also forgot that we had a meeting. After having a short discussion with her we decided we didn't want to do business with him after this and my fiance sent him a text message stating that. Mark then proceeded to send text messages talking about their statistics and what they could do for us(which should have been done in the meeting today). I would be careful about doing business with someone who seems so unorganized and pushy.

  Robert, Thank you for your feedback. Although the total contact and conversation with your fiance was less than 5 minutes , It is important to point out that we want to be accurate when quoting loan terms and we require basic information and documentation to do so. Since she was moving forward in the loan process, I had simply requested authorization to pull credit once you had submitted the basic financial items requested. My notes had the meeting set for saturday at 9am , sorry for the confusion of the 530pm call. We have closed over 3,000 loans and our company has been around for nearly 20 years and we do pride our selves on accuracy . Sincerely , Mark .
