  When choosing a bank for personal and business reasons, I chose Black Hills Community bank because they are local and have a vested interest in Rapid City. I've completed multiple home loans with Terry and recently completed some business loans with Bryan. In working with both departments I have grown to love this bank. Terry jumped through hoops to assist us with our loans. Bryan has great communication and enabled expansion of my business. He worked quickly and made sure I understood all my options.   I love this bank! Everyone is so friendly and they really make you feel like a friend. From the second that you walk into the doors, Denis is there to greet you, the tellers are so nice and everyone I've used in the lending department has been so helpful and responsive. You won't be disappointed!

  The banks in my area have essentially the same interest rates on savings, the same fees associated with checking, the same everything, almost, when you look at them on paper. BH Community is light years ahead of the competition on service. What's it matter if you have a higher rate or a lower fee, if I can't talk to an intelligent person in a timely fashion and fix a problem before it gets big? Love this bank!

  The customer service at BHCB is unparalleled. Working in a fast paced environment, I sometimes required a quick turnaround and Ms Desiree Fenenga has always managed to make it happen. She is alwalys very responsive to our needs and does it with a smile. I would highly recommend them for your banking needs.
